Juncal Díez García

Juncal Díez García holds a Master Degree in Performance Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, the European Studies Certificate from the Diplomatic School of Spain and a Certificate in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language at the Instituto Cervantes. She has experience in European affairs, International funding and foreign trade, having worked within different Europeans countries (France, Belgium and Spain). Juncal specialises in the Maghreb countries. She has published two reports on educational services and the franchising sector in Morocco.

In performance arts, she has been working as a classical dancer and also behind the scene as stage manager, distributor and assistant of artistic director for dance performances. Juncal has participated as a volunteer in projects promoting social behavior through art and education. Also, she often takes part in NGOs supporting migrants and refugees. Juncal has also been a Jury Member for the Shining Stars of Europe Contest.

 

Leonard Preisler

Leonard Preisler is studying History and German Philology at the University of Trier. He is working in the Departement for Historical Geography where he does research about the cultural and social history of the Rhine-Meuse-Moselle region.
Since 2016 Leonard has been campaigning for a political party in Germany. He is mainly engaged in European issues and focuses in particular on the so-called “Greater Region“. In this context, Leonard is involved in different projects about the culture of remembrance in this region.
Leonard’s message to the participants of Imagine Europe: “Europe concerns every one of us. We should create new ideas about Europe to widen the outstanding opportunities Europe is offering us. Europe is our future.”

Shariful Islam

Shariful Islam is an advertising professional based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has worked in leading global agencies like Leo Burnett, TBWA and Dentsu and has won several awards for his works. Presently he is playing the role of a Creative Director and Creative Strategist at Mindcrafts Advertising, and also teaching at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) as an Adjunct Faculty.
