It is not an easy task to predict the future. Almost all predictions that were made 50 years back about the recent time turned out to be wrong and incomplete. It is because the innovations that became available changed the world after every few years in such a way which was impossible to predict. I do not think the future will be any more different. I believe, in 50 years there will be innovations that would change the world completely, and in ways which are impossible for us to predict or comprehend now. I hope Europe will be at the forefront of all those innovations and contribute in shaping the future. So, to summarize, in 50 years I would want Europe to be at the forefront of all the groundbreaking innovations that would determine the future and direct the world to the direction of prosperity and advancement.
