"My vision of Europe in 2050" Education outside the borders and boundaries Author: correspondent of the National Information Agency of Uzbekistan, history teacher Roman Bondarchuk One of the most important factors in the development of any civilization and people is the quality and accessibility of education. For millennia, mankind has improved teaching methods, the structure of classes and even ways of organizing the educational process. We have come a long way from the lectures in the gardens and discussions that were still used by the ancient Greeks to new non-standard multimedia lessons based on the use of the latest achievements of science and technology. Over time, not only the approaches have changed, but also the goals of education. So if during the Middle Ages in Europe, as in the rest of the world, only members of the elite could receive quality education, then with the development of European society and the introduction of the principles of humanism and universal equality in it, this right became available to all segments of society. Education from privileges has become one of the basic rights of the individual. Given this trend, by 2050 a new educational system based on completely new principles and the most advanced achievements of psychology, neurophysiology and technology should be formed in a developing European society. Due to this, Europe will begin a new round of civilization, equal in significance to the invention of writing. The new educational system will solve most of the problems of modern pedagogy. People with a low level of intelligence, an extremely low level of learning, or neurological disorders that limit their activity will be able to master the most complex professions and technical skills. Full-time training can be replaced by training in virtual reality. Such classes will be conducted by 3D-models of outstanding scientists and inventors. Thus, it will be possible to study history from Herodotus, physics from Newton, and electronics from Edison. Everyone will be able to realize his dream, because the limitations imposed by the level of intelligence and learning will be overcome by science. Changes in the education system will help to resolve issues with the so-called "specialization trap". Most of the existing educational programs today are aimed at training highly qualified specialists. After graduation, such a specialist gets experience in his profession and seeks to improve his professional skills and more and more specializes in one direction. As a result, with fundamental changes in the labor market, even a specialist in his field with many years of experience may be unclaimed. The education system, which will operate in Europe in 2050, will allow for the rapid retraining of specialists with unclaimed or obsolete professions. In addition, thanks to the availability of training and new information technologies, people will be able to master a second or even sixth profession without leaving their workplace. A mother of many children with several babies will be able to get additional education, a degree in child psychology and pediatrics, architecture or law without interrupting the education of their children. The educational system that will be created in Europe in 2050 will satisfy not only the needs of society, but also the person himself. It will contribute to its full development and help to realize any dreams and hopes.
