Vitali Nikanovich is a UNESCO consultant collaborating with the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education in the field of health and development. He is the administrator of the International Platform for online courses EDU-HUB (www.e-edu.org) hosting over 3,000 specialists annually who work with adolescents and young people in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Vitali is actively involved in social work. He is the Vice-President of the Belarusian Association of UNESCO Clubs (BelAU) uniting more than 60 schools and student UNESCO clubs from Belarus. Within the framework of BelAU (www.belau.info), he is a project manager and trainer for the implementation of innovative practices in education and health. Vitali is also a mentor on the YouTube channel “All Teens Can” and a curator of an online Videoblogger School.

As a Member of the Board of the EENCE, the Eastern European Network for Citizenship Education (www.eence.eu), he develops effective methodologies for the training of teachers and trainers in non-formal education on issues of modern understanding of citizenship education, including European and Global Citizenship.
